Give yourself a goal for 1 week give up all the foods that are bad for you. Try healthy alterantives. So just throw out those cupcakes, ho hos and all the other things in your house that are no good. by the end of the week you will feel better inside. it will show you that you can do it. and remember less is more. i will do this with you as i need to do the same thing. i realize how hard it is to give up the comfort food that makes you feel better. sometimes it takes careing about yourself more to realize you are worth it and are more valuable than all the bad foods you eat. GOOD LUCK REMEMBER YOU ARE WORTH IT.
