Plan one night a week that you and your family or friends can make dinner together. Not only is it a lot of fun, but you can try new recipes. Share favorite recipes and have friends over when possible. See who can come up with the healthiest, best tasting dish. You could even rotate and give every one one entree, salad or dessert and they focus on it. Make one dish with friends and rotate who's home you are eating at. Not only do you have a variety in your diet, you have great family and friend time, spend very little because you make just one dish and you can relax and enjoy the time spent together.
