Get READY for a two week WATER Challenge!
Who hear LOVES water? Raise your hand. Come on, you can do it! OK, perhaps a vast majority of us don't like water. But it is our lifeline. So why do so many of us turn our nose up at it? For years, you wouldn't catch me drinking the stuff. But guess what? One day a light bulb went on. I wasn't dropping the weight like I should have, and I just started to add little sips here and there. And by gosh, the weight started to come off.
Little sips. That's all you need to do. The mere thought of drinking 64 to 96 ounces of water was just overwhelming.
SO........
Little sips. Just ONE sip at a time! And before you know it you will have all of your water in for the day.
Try it today. Throw a lemon or lime or orange or heck, ALL three if you like. It adds a zest and zing and you will be AMAZED at how energetic you will feel, besides the fact that that bloated feeling will finally subside.
