every day do a situp. then the next day if you can do 2 then do 2 situps a day add one situp more to the next day. and so on. keep going in a month you will be well on your way to a flatter stomach and a healthier you. good luck i made this because it is a small step goal. start out slow and it will keep you going farther. as you go your steps will get larger and larger.
