You will fell better and if you make five minutes a habit, the fact that you have accomplished this very small goal will motivate you to keep going. Challenge yourself, add 5 minutes and then another 5. Build up to 30 or more a day or 3-5 days a week. Who can't spare 5 minutes? Baby steps can take you on a long successful journey!
